We’re coming back!

We loved it here! Overall everything was great. Food was good, accommodation, location etc. What made it great was the friendly staff and guests and the service minded employees working there. One minus was that there was a lot of ants inside the room, which I understand is a hard nut to crack for them. They cleaned the rooms every day so it was overall very clean and nice.

The property falsely advertises several features. They only had one restaurant open out of four (the buffet). They offered tours and when we went to book the tour we had to go check 4 times with them before we were ultimately told the night before the tour was supposed to happen that it wasn’t running. They made no effort to keep us updated on this. And worst of all they offered a shuttle to Monopoli city centre but when we inquired to book a time they informed us that we could not use the shuttle because they had rented this shuttle advertised as for all guests to a private group (for their additional profit). In place of this they simply printed out a local bus schedule for us. The largest downside of this location being its distance from the main cities, this made the stay particularly difficult. Finally, the private beach was fairly small but the larger problem was that the beach was dirty with seaweed (other nearby beaches had been cleaned) and there was additional charges to use the chairs. The facilities were generally old and need to be renovated.

Very old, needs thorough cleaning and upgrading

Very dated property, ants in the room, room was not sufficiently clean, one light did not work, the fridge didn't work. The pool was old and needs an upgrade. Breakfast and dinner is very short timings so it is so busy during these hours, was a nightmare with kids when it was so busy. We had to park miles away from our room, and walking with toddlers with lots of things was quite annoying. The photos are about 10 years old and very misleading.

Şimdiye kadar ilk defa bir otel için bu yorumu yapıyorum, Hayatımda gittiğim en kötü otel işletmesi, yönetim hizmet sektöründe olmamalı. Kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. 1 şişe su ile 5 gün geçirdik. Resepsiyondan su istedim bu saatte bulamam dediler. Otel otoparkına ulaşmak için kötü yollarda karanlıkta gitmek zorunda kalıyorsun, ön otoparkta yer olmasına ragmen işgüzarlıktan açmıyorlar. Asla tercih etmeyin!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato un solo giorno, è stato però difficile dover andare via dopo essere stati un solo giorno in struttura.. ci siamo divertiti tanto, super organizzata per grandi e piccini, struttura pulita: dalle camere ai luoghi comuni, nessun mozzicone di sigarette per terra, animatori top, siamo davvero felici.. ritorneremo senz’altro. Una delle strutture più belle dove sia stata con la mia famiglia. Sapevamo che al mare ci si potesse andare una volta sola durante la giornata, a meno di ulteriori disponibilità, ma ci aspettavamo che il servizio di all inclusive fosse disponibile in spiaggia come anche le docce che invece eravamo costretti a fare in bungalow prima di pranzo. Lo consiglierei ma non ci ritornerei essendo una famiglia con due bimbi di 2 e 5 anni.

Die Anlage ist eher in die Jahre gekommen, dafür war die Auswahl beim Essen super. Nur wäre eine Beschreibung (auch bei den Vor- und Nachspeisen) vorteilhaft! Das Animationsteam kann ich nur loben, da sie sehr bemüht waren. Generell würde ich empfehlen zur Hauptsaison zu buchen, da sonst nicht alles angeboten wird.

Simpelthen frygteligt hotel - 4-stjerner, har det ikke fortjent. Uforskammet receptionspersonale, som ikke kan fremstamme 5 sammenhængende ord på engelsk. Nedslidt hotelværelse. Pool området ligner noget fra 60'erne. Parkeringsforhold er dårlige, hvis du er uheldig skal du gå langt med din kuffert - til trods for de siger du kan blive kørt med en golfcart, som aldrig kommer og henter dig. Privat strand, kun for dem som har all inkl. - ellers skal du betale 12 euro pr. stol.

Una vera e propria scoperta, consiglio vivamente a chi vuole fare una vacanza di TOTALE relax. Camere belle, nuove e munite di tutto ciò che può servire. Letto e cuscini di una comodità straordinaria, clima perfettamente funzionante. Servizio colazione, pranzo e cena ottimo, una grande varietà di cibo fa si che tu possa cambiare la tua alimentazione giorno per giorno ma sopratutto, cosa non scontata, ci sono alimenti per tutti i tipi di persone (vegetariane ecc..), approvo pienamente, è stato un piacere mangiare all’interno della struttura. Servizi bar presenti in tutta la struttura e super muniti oltre che sempre gentili; consiglierei il fatto di tenerli aperti almeno fino alle 01.00 di notte, così da poter magari creare un po’ di situazione per la clientela più giovane e non. Staff sempre cordiale e sorridente, penso di non aver mai trovato uno staff con tale educazione, gentilezza e cortesia, dal semplice saluto per le vie alla risoluzione di qualsiasi problema potessi avere, sicuramente una cosa che differenza la struttura dalle altre. Animazione super amichevole e simpatica, organizzano molte attività e lo spettacolo serale è piacevole, approvo pienamente. Spezzo una lancia a sfavore per la spiaggia; a me personalmente non è piaciuta, piccola e poco funzionale. Specifico che io ho usufruito della formula All Inclusive che sicuramente sarà la scelta che, dovessi tornare, sceglierò sicuramente. Ringrazio staff e struttura per tutto; è stato fantastico! L.C.
