“After walking around the quaint town of Wilmington, we couldn't decide where to go for dinner. We went to the bar to taste test the beer and ended up ordering a pizza. The bartender gave us ice to take upstairs. The building is an older building and has many eccentricities. We loved staying here and will stay again if in the neighborhood.”

“When first approaching the property my initial thought was “ oh boy, I paid a lot for this!” The outside appeared small and old but everything else about it was great. “We arrived after 7 pm and it turned out had reserved the room for Wednesday night instead of Monday night. A person associated with the restaurant which was closed on Monday, helped us. He called in to the staff and checked us into a room. Everything went so smoothly and it could have been last minute looking for a different motel. ”
