“My stay at the Red Roof PLUS+ Pittsburgh East – Monroeville was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome due to the rude and condescending attitude of the staff. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, interactions felt dismissive and unhelpful.

“I did not end up staying. Couldn't get my door open because it was jammed tight in the frame.
The bed was on the cheapest frame with 5 legs and would literally slide across the floor since they were uncarpeted floors.
The FIRE sprinkler was wrapped with masking tape since they painted, but the paint job was pretty poor.
There was a family with kids a couple doors down but the walls were so thin it sounded like they were in my room.
The room was just below standards !!
