“깜빡하고 팁을 못주고 와서 죄송하네요. 직원들 친절하고 방넓고 주방도 넓고 쓰기 편했어요. 그런데 외부 주차장이 유료라 돈이 많이 나갔네요. 저녁이랑 이른아침에 주변에 노숙자들이 많아서 좀 무서웠어요. 그거빼고는 괜찮았습니다. 침대 상태도 괜찮았구요. ”

“Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”

“I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

“I can't communicate with the staff, and the road noise is serious. There is a problem with the electrical system. The center of the bed matris was so soft that it was personally uncomfortable. 1. I didn't receive an e-mail telling me to reply with a copy of my passport before checking in after the reservation confirmation mail. This e-mail arrived on the second day. I checked out on this day. I didn't receive any information about checking in, and I couldn't use Wi-Fi. 2. Worst of all, the...

“I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed.”

“I stayed at the room located at the end of passage. 11th floor. (1128) The room has a closed door connected with next room, but horrible smell sucked from there. I guess it might be marijuana. They changed my room to 17th floor (1728), top floor. Some location in the room, “uuunnnggg~~” electrical noise was always present. On my bed, i could not sleep since the noise. I stayed almost one week in the room. Every night was fighting with the noise. ”
