"I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and am in love with this one. It's a beautiful palace, which made it one of the more unique hotel stays we've ever had. The breakfast room was beautiful, as was the view from there. And the staff were all so kind and amenable. Highly recommend this place!"

"Hotel is close to Siena and the check-in person (Gabriela) was very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, functional with easy parking in front of the building and just a 3 minute drive to garage in Siena old-town so very convenient to visit this beautiful city. Excellent value for the money."

"Pros: The staff were all wonderful with anything we needed! Especially when we had an incident with our luggage arriving late. The breakfast was absolutely delightful. Super close to museums. Cons: rooms are small and beds are tiny. The "rooftop" is a joke. There was construction goin on right outside the hotel. "

"We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Be sure to ask them for gelato recommendations—their picks were fantastic! "
