"We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar.
