Nice property to stay in. A bit out of the way if you want to be close to the beach. Okay if you have transport or happy to taxi. Nice apartment. Not enough sunbeds for the pool. Average food for this type of place. Emailed them 3 times before my arrival, never got a response. Raised this at the reception, no explanation was forthcoming. Overall, comfortable, enjoyable.

TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel dans l’ensemble. Le Domaine de Grand Baie est superbe, la chambre est trĂšs confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, souriant et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able. En revanche, grosse dĂ©ception concernant le buffet du soir : plats peu savoureux, manque de choix, de goĂ»t et d’assaisonnement. C’est dommage car cela ne reflĂšte pas la qualitĂ© globale de l’établissement. MalgrĂ© ce point nĂ©gatif, l’hĂŽtel reste une trĂšs bonne expĂ©rience grĂące au cadre et Ă  l’accueil.

Nous sommes trĂšs déçus de notre sĂ©jour dans cet Ă©tablissement pourtant bien notĂ©. La chambre attribuĂ©e donnait directement sur le parking, sans aucune intimitĂ©, et plusieurs problĂšmes se sont enchaĂźnĂ©s : draps sales, inondations rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©es dans la salle de bain, fuite d’eau au-dessus du lave-linge
 Nous avons dĂ» attendre plusieurs interventions avant d’ĂȘtre relogĂ©s, au bout de trois jours. Sur cinq nuits, seuls les deux derniers jours se sont bien passĂ©s. Un geste commercial avait Ă©tĂ© promis, mais nous n’avons jamais eu de retour. Vraiment dommage pour un hĂŽtel censĂ© ĂȘtre de standing.

Compliqué à joindre et s'expliquer-

Il a fallu changer 3 fois de chambre pour ĂȘtre enfin installĂ©es. Venant avec une copine de plongĂ©e, j'ai demandĂ© Ă  avoir 2 lits sĂ©parĂ©s, ce qui semblait ne pas exister. J'ai donc pris un appart avec une chambre et un canapĂ©-lit, sale mais surtout trĂšs mou et donc inutilisable . Pas possible d'avoir un autre matelas ni un lit dans la partie sĂ©jour et Ă  CHAQUE FOIS, on attend UNE HEURE (REELLE)) pour une rĂ©ponse. On ns fait visiter un appart avec 2 chambres et 2 grands lits, immense, mais surtout beaucoup plus et trop cher. RE-UNE HEURE, on n'arrĂȘte pas de descendre Ă  la rĂ©ception pour savoir oĂč ça en est. On nous montre un STUDIO, marquĂ© avec uniquement grand lit comme pour l'appart une chambre, oĂč nous perdions notre temps Ă  attendre au lieu de pouvoir s'installer. Et lĂ  MIRACLE, on nous montre qu'on peut sĂ©parer le "grand lit" en 2 petits lits, notre demande initiale. RE-ATTENTE, le temps qu'ils prĂ©parent les 2 lits sĂ©parĂ©s. On dĂ©mĂ©nage enfin. MANQUE DE POT !!, ça PUE les Ă©gouts dans l'UNIQUE placard de l'entrĂ©e, prĂ©vu pour ranger tous les vĂȘtements. On RE-descend Ă  la rĂ©ception, 2 personnes constatent Ă  tour de rĂŽle et ne peuvent nier l'Ă©vidence. La GĂ©rante est maintenant au courant et nous propose un appart avec 2 chambres, pour le mĂȘme prix. On insiste plusieurs fois sur le prix, ils s'engagent personnellement. ENCORE ATTENTE pour la prĂ©paration On FINIT par s'INSTALLER ds le STUDIO. ArrivĂ©e Ă  11h, il est 19h30. L'appart avec 2 chambres sera prĂȘt le lendemain, 28h aprĂšs
