Un cadre idyllique

On ne s’en lasse pas. Le site est merveilleux et hors du temps. Idéal pour se reposer. Quelques détails cependant comme le wifi qui ne marchait pas ainsi que la cafetière de la chambre et la ligne téléphonique. Mais globalement, le séjour fut très agréable.

Magnifique surprise. La route d'accès ne laisse pas un instant présagé de ce qui vous attend. Venu par hasard lors d'un déplacement professionnel. Hôtel perché en haut d'une colline avec une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée et sur la piscine à débordement. Un havre de paix.

hotel propre mais qui mérite plus de finitions

Séjour dun weekend passé il y a une semaine hôtel agréable mais quelques déconvenues : chambre manquant de finitions, chambre pas prête lors de notre arrivée vers 15h quand même... La piscine est vraiment très agréable cela dit! Et la restauration est excellente !

Fantastic View

Wonderful location. with view over valley to Lauzerte. Very nice infinity pool that enhances the view. Evening meal was excellent, breakfast so so. Very quiet location. There is nothing else around. Lauzerte is 10min drive away.

Grand confort bucolique et festival de saveurs

Trois jours sur place, loin de tout, avec une terrasse en chambre sur un panorama magnifique sur Lauzerte et la campagne vallonnée. Les services en SPA sont de haute qualité.Personnel et accueil parfaits. La restauration est d'une absolue inventivité et un véritable festival de saveurs, qui se suivent ou se combinent, étonnantes.

Soiré étape pro

Séjour d'une nuit pour une soirée étape pro. Hôtel situé en pleine d'allure et très isolé donc véhicule indispensable. Le lieux est magnifique et dominant un paysage splendide. L’hôtel propose un restaurant gastronomique et des équipements tels que piscine à débordement (grande et très agréable pour la vue et les aménagements), jacuzzis, etc. La chambre occupée étant la moins chère, elle était confortable mais très sombre car encaissée sous un auvent et face à un mur. Je recommande de prendre des chambre avec vue coté piscine. Globalement l’hôtel est agréable. Ma déception viens du restaurant qui sert des plats très bon mais l'attente au niveau du service est très longue. J'ai passé 2 heures (interminables) pour me faire servir le repas complet. Un gros effort à faire de ce coté. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais difficile de trouver un place dans la salle c'est également celle du restaurant) car les plateau ne sont pas débarrassés. Restaurant et petit-déjeuner sont 2 points à améliorer. Accueil sympathique sinon et j'y retournerai très certainement mais pour un séjour touristique.

Doit changer d'attitude envers les clients en solo

Hotel intéressant pour les couples . Peu habitué aux célibataires qui veulent un séjour fitness / piscine et sont hélas un peu regardés comme des bêtes curieuses !...il n'y a pas de forfaits chambre/massage au fitness et restauration pour les personnes seules. Une attitude commerciale arriérée ...car il y a aussi les personnes qui peuvent chercher une remise en forme sans le conjoint .

Gorgeous place, the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the pool. It is remote though, for good and bad. The tiny road to get there takes while, but once you are there it is incredibly peaceful.

Muy tranquilo y en un paraje maravilloso.

La relación calidad precio en mi caso fue excelente, y lo que más me agradó fue en entorno donde está ubicado el hotel, plena naturaleza, silencia garantizado y vistas a los valles espectaculares. Además servicios como el jacuzzi, la bañera hidromasaje y la piscina podían usarse durante todo el día y toda la noche.

Cadre idyllique Personnel sympa et attentionné

Manque un peu de transats. Piscine plus chauffée.... Un peu "juste" au niveau du pt dej. Mais rien a dire de plus si ce n' est que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Ambiance zen et décontractée. Un réel dépaysement !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, infinity pool, the evening meal/ dinner and service were first class. Also the staff were impeccable. We will be returning with some friends. Thank you and keep up the good work.
