The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant Casa Masi was incredible just make sure you reserve a table because they get busy. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely for our stay, the only thing I would say that was an inconvenience is that the bathroom in our apartment was downstairs from the master bedroom but other then that we will definitely be coming back here.

Property is beautiful. The owners take much pride and care in their facility. We had a car to drive to hotel and it was located in the heart of Tuscany. Beautiful grounds and the reateraunt on site was amazing. Room did not have ac but did have fans. Large kitchen and large sitting area. Looks were clean and quiet. Very serene property and wonderful place to relax and get away for a few days. A car is necessary! Plenty of free parking onsite.

The attention was wonderful, the place is beautiful, you feel at home, going to the hotel I got lost and the girl at the reception was attentive to me, and sent me options to get there without problem, they received me very well. And then I had a problem and it helped me solve it in the best way. Always accessible and friendly.

a beautiful Tuscan getaway

we would live here if we could. beautiful family run place, far more care and attention to every little detail than you would ever expect in even the very best hotels. beautiful grounds set in vineyard and olive groves, resident animals, fantastic restaurant onsite and lovely staff. the setting is so beautiful that one afternoon we got back to our apartment to find people taking selfies with our apartment door. our one suggestion would be to designate one of the pools as adults only as it did get difficult to find a quiet spot to relax at times. but otherwise we found it difficult to find any fault with the place, we were so well looked after during our stay and are already planning our next visit.

It is a beautiful old farm turned into Tuscan style apartments. Fabulous restaurant on site and wonderful breakfast available. Staff are extremely friendly and this is an excellent location for venturing into the Tuscan hills. Have stayed here twice now and will go again. Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated.

Absolutely idyllic and perfect place with one exception - WiFi is poor and there’s no cell service. You probably don’t come somewhere like this to work but if you need to, assume you’re leaving your room and working from the restaurant. But otherwise a gorgeous spot.

The place is very beautiful, We booked a 3-room apartment - the contents stated that there was air conditioning, In practice there was no, Luckily for us every day we went out in the morning and arrived in the evening and the weather did not have to be air conditioned

Et fantastisk smukt og yderst velholdt sted. Meget rent over alt. Stort morgenmads udvalg. Grundet COVID-19 måtte man ikke selv tage sin morgenmad ved buffeten, men høfligt hjulpet af en ansat. Fantastisk restaurant for frokost og aftensmad.. helt i top og vandvittig hyggelig. Lidt øde sted, med ingen by omkring. Lidt ringe wifi... men det var der ;)

Lugar de sonhos

Ficamos hospedados na casa que tem 5 suítes ( cada suite com um terraço) e uma cozinha . O hotel e lindo, cada detalhe encantou, os jardins são perfeitos. Fomos em 5 adultos e 3 crianças e usamos a cozinha da casa (que é muito completa) para o café da manhã. Tem supermercado na cidade a 5 min de carro. As crianças adoraram o campo de futebol e o parquinho. Ainda tem quadra de tênis e piscina. Jantamos uma noite no restaurante do hotel e adoramos. O atendimento foi maravilhoso. Vamos recomendar a todos os nossos amigos que forem à Toscana.

Eine super süße Anlage, mitten in der Toscana. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Zimmer war groß, der Service super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und landestypisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Room was a little tight but in very good condition

Perfect place for staying a couple or days or a week. Lying in the middle of everything to take out on day-trips from San Benedetto. Many families with children stayed while we were there.

Extremely beautiful location and accommodation.

The setting is absolutely gorgeous! The rustic villas, beautiful gardens and luxurious swimming pools make for an idyllic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring many of the beautiful surrounding Tuscan towns.

Great place to stay. Great location and centred ideal to visit Tuscany. Less than an hour to all major towns. Very rural and picturesque. Barn conversion accommodation quite dark. We preferred B&B room in main house. Restaurant very nice with generous portions. Fantastic staff and very helpful.

La strategica posiziome dell'hotel ci ha permesso di visitare agevolmente i bellissimi borghi delle colline toscane tra la provincia di Siena e quella di Firenze. Certaldo e Vinci, borghi che hanno dato i natali ad illustri artisti quali Boccaccio e Leonardo, oltre che San Giminiano e Volterra.
