"We absolutely loved our stay! We visited for my brother’s wedding, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. Everything was wonderful, from the food and entertainment to the rooms, pools, and beach. The staff made our experience even more special, and we are already looking forward to returning one day! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly that it genuinely felt like we were visiting family rather than staying at a resort. Abrahan made such a lasting impression on my family and me. He has the kindest soul and is always so happy, energetic, and welcoming. He even gave us hugs goodbye on our last day, which made leaving that much harder. We couldn’t have asked for better staff, and it is people like him who make a vacation truly unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed on the top floor with a garden view, which we enjoyed, but for our next family trip, we would love to book a swim up room! The housekeeping staff always took great care of our room and belongings, and the little touches made our stay even more special. We especially loved the bows they made out of the blankets on our beds. The staff member who restocked the mini fridge was also so thoughtful and regularly made sure to leave extra drinks for my son’s favorites. Those small gestures meant so much to us and showed how much care the staff puts into making guests feel welcome. The pools were definitely one of our favorite parts of the resort! You can tell a lot of thought went in"

The property is beautiful and well maintained anything you could want or need is readily available. Luis our morning mimosa server was absolutely amazing and made the trip just a little more special for us!!!!"

"We loved our stay at El Beso! The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant selection was excellent, especially the Steakhouse and Pez Dama, which were highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Carlos, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He took care of our dinner reservations and was always kind and attentive. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed at all Excellence properties, so we were excited to try a Finest property. We stayed in the Excellence Club which is adults only. The experience was a 10/10! We started each day with a beach bed set up by Algenis. He is the best! Always a smile and so friendly! He spoiled us our last day with champagne and sand art! Gilberto was a top notch waiter at breakfast and dinner at Brass. Rony was the best bartender in the club bar. Be sure to get his special espresso martini! The staff was friendly and always greeted you with a friendly hello. We will definitely return!"

"Most of the rooms are about a 20-minute walk from the lobby. There are a few golf carts that are supposed to take you there, but we still found ourselves waiting more than 10 minutes most of the time. The food was good on most days. The staff wasn’t very helpful. If you don’t specifically ask for help, you probably won’t get any. This applies to everything from getting your luggage to your room (they left ours at the lobby for hours) to getting directions to the gym (which is actually closed, so you have to go to another resort about a 20-minute walk away). There also isn’t enough seating around the pool. If you wake up after 9 AM, you probably won’t find a spot in the shade. Throughout the resort, you’re constantly approached by locals and staff trying to sell you things — at the pool, on the beach, and even while walking from your room. It gets pretty annoying. But overall, it was a nice experience."

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
