What a pleasant surprise!
This place may look like a typical roadside motel from the outside, but the experience it offers is far beyond that. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive.
The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and far more comfortable than we expected. Everything felt fresh and cared for. The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute walk from the beach and close to everything in Montauk, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind.
It’s one of those rare places that under-promises and over-delivers. A truly lovely and memorable experience hiding behind a humble exterior. Can’t wait to come back!"
