Positives, Great location and a nice hotel, nice pool, steps to the beach with beach chairs and umbrella service right on the beach.with very helpful and friendly staff. Nice bathroom with a great shower, fluffy towels and good toiletries. On the downside, the room itself was tiny, no room to move around, no closet only a couple of hooks on the wall and a tiny mini refrigerator which was pretty much useles.

The hotel was immaculate and amenities were great. Added bonus of a gym, sauna, and beach chairs was a very desirable feature. There is construction going on directly in front of property but not avoidable. When I arrived at hotel there was a sign on door at 7:45pm stating office is closed at 8pm to contact host on call. A little annoying process to obtain room info and access but otherwise very nice hotel.

Imagine a Super 8 motel or even something lower‑level that just put in new furniture and a new bathroom, but everything else stayed the same. It’s really not worth this price, to be honest. The rooms are clean but actually very small, and the hotel isn’t on the beach, there’s a dune and a road in between. Very bad insulation, you can hear people and their TVs from the rooms next to you.

This property is just as pictured! It was beautiful, clean, great location, and most importantly to us dog friendly !! i also loved the check in process , quick and easy. My only critique is the fridge in our room was super small. When traveling , you’ll have left overs from eating out, or drinks/snacks, and the fridge in our specific room was so small we couldn’t fit more than one water bottle in it. We will definitely be back, but we will either be upgrading rooms or we know to bring a cooler next time ! Even still, this place is AMAZING. We loved it and will definitely be back ❤️

Loved how clean and comfortable offshore is. The central heating system makes the space warm and cozy during the winter. Uber Eats delivers straight to your door because it’s so accessible. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when I’m visiting Montauk.

Their spa service which was advertised on their hotel website was closed. The rooms had no closet, no security lockbox to hide your valuables. The fridge was a tiny flimsy plastic box that could fit four beers - I’ve never seen anything like it. No complementary water bottles were provided. Their “beverage station” was just coffee - there were no tea options. Towel service was provided by a man in bubble jacket - although nice - handing me over a huge set of towels with his bare naked hands - no gloves - it was just an unsanitary situation. I paid for a room with a view of the ocean and you just get a slither of a view of the ocean due to a huge sand dune blocking your view. There is no real ocean view. Because the room wasn’t so big and there’s no closet, the cushions for the balcony chairs were stowed away in the corner of the room- taking up a good amount of real estate. The room was newly renovated and clean. The shower was nice. The toilet paper holder was flimsy, so the toilet paper kept falling onto the floor. There was no ice machine, but there would be no place to put the ice or save the ice anyway because the fridge was so small. ThaThere parking lot is paved with rocks - so we couldn’t even park in them because there was snow and you could get stuck in it. The overall experience I would describe as half-assed. You can tell nothing was well thought out. I wouldn’t come back here again.
