"We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Pandora. The view was spectacular, the staff was extremely accommodating and our room, Conca Dei Marini was fabulous. Thank you to Roberto and Barbara and the entire staff for making out stay so lovely!"

"Location is good, just across from the beach. Be aware that is a long walk from the port specially if you have multiple suitcases. You can arrange a ride on a golf cart at EUR 5 per person. Room is of a good size, Pillows are bad, not matter how many you get and the mattress is average. A/C runs or does not via a switch, no thermostat, but gets the job done. View if you get one is second to none . Noise from the street is likely better than any other in town due to the location, that is. plus. I would stay again. Breakfast is average, Coffee..., I can almost drink anything but I would consider switching to chocolate or tea for a few days, yep, it is that bad."

"The only reason I gave the staff 3 stars was because one staff member was excellent and that was Fabio the staff member who was just ok was Elena. Fabio went above and beyond to answer our questions and get us what we needed. Elena seemed inexperienced and did not go out her way to help us. She simply answered “I think so” or “I don’t know “ I even had to ask her to look something up for us because she was just going to say she didn’t know and that was it. It also could have something to do with her no being able to communicate in English that well. I think this should be a requirement for someone working at the front desk. Also we could not even open our door to look at the view because people were smoking by the front of the hotel and the smoke was rising up into our room. If this is a no smoking hotel something needs to be done to keep the smoke away or we should have been given another room."

The Residence Due Torro would definitely benefit from being small upgrades to specially the bathroom, linens, and ensuring there’s not ants. Be mindful that is it an older building but Italy itself is old, which personally enjoyed and it adds to the authenticity of the trip!"
