"El servicio al cliente no me gustó. Una semana antes de la llegada, llamé para Front desk y nunca contestaron. Ellos dicen que tienen problema con sus teléfonos, pero eso problema lleva de tiempo atrás. La piscina en todo momento la temperatura del agua estaba caliente."

"There was sand on the entire floor of the apartment when we got the room( they were super friendly I could have asked them to clean it, but I didn't) and the temperature of the water in the shower would fluctuate from cold to hot it would not stay at one temperature.
