"Room was clean but encountered problems with the key card and my door (Rm 101). Area where continental breakfast was served was clean. I was disappointed however, by the fact that there were no cooked eggs or breakfast meats. Very disappointing. Also, there was no icemaker to accompany the juices that were served. Speaking of icemakers there apparently was only one to serve the entire building, and it ran out of ice. Customer should expect more."
