Family visit

Facility is very good and met all expectations for a comfortable stay in Montecatini Terme Italy. Amenities are sufficient and accommodating. Free breakfast included during hotel stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff very friendly and the building is lovely however the rooms have paper thin rooms and was kept awake both nights by other guests shouting and banging about whilst I know this isn’t the hotels fault it is if I can hear everything and couldn’t get to sleep until after 1am - made for a very tiring break and very relaxing

Lovely Hotel & Staff

We just spend a most enjoyable weeks vacation in Montecatini Terme's gem, Hotel Parma e Oriente. With family hands-on management and experienced and quality staff, out stay was faultless and we really appreciated their advice and arrangements of airport transfers and local guidance etc. Nice wholesome breakfast was included and the a-la-carte dinner menu was extensive and the food excellent. We will definitely be re-booking for next year.

Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good. Room comfortable. Pool area well maintained and welcoming on a hot day. Evening meals were available but not taken.

Unfriendly and basic

Staff were not welcoming or friendly. Rooms were very basic, no tea or coffee in the room and at the price we laid would have expected this. Food very expensive but very poor. Overall would not recommend it and would not visit it again.

Hög standard

Väldigt fint helt nyrenoverat rum. Mycket modernt inrett. Bra AC, mjuk dubbelsäng och rymliga garderober. Bra toalett/dusch. Lite udda inredning med en jacuzzi i ett av rummen precis bredvid en av de bäddade extrasängarna. Men Jacuzzin fungerade fint. Skjutdörren in till sovrummet gick inte att skjuta igen helt och hotellet kunde inte lösa det under vår vistelse. Jättebra hjälpsam personal på hotellet. Bra läge i byn. Bra poolområde med mycket grönska. Lugn miljö vid poolen. Restaurangen är dyr för vad man får. Rätterna är ganska basic och inte så stora - speciellt på dagtid. Frukosten var godkänd, men hade önskat mig bättre bröd och bättre kaffe. Kan rekommendera detta hotell.

Great pool and looked good from the outside, but rooms was old and worn down . Beds where uncomftable and old. Personal was also rude and unaproachable

Het hotel is netjes, kamer in bijgebouw heel netjes en rustig. Ontbijt niet bijzonder en het personeel bij het ontbijt was voor ons ergelijk. Stonden samen te praten en vervolgde met hard lachen. De stijve ober wist 1 van de 2 koffiemachines al om 9.00 op reinigen te zetten. Om 9.55 werden de kaas en vlees al weggehaald. En als om 09.50 het fruit op was kwam er niets nieuws. Het voelde niet uitnodigend en rustgevend. Jongen bij de receptie wel aardig. Parkeren is een drama. Je kan niet van te voren reserveren. En als je aankomt is er geen plek in de garage. Dus 3 straten verder aan de openbare straat parkeren. Voelde niet fijn! Zwembad was tijdens ons verblijf druk en veel luidruchtige mensen. Voor ons geen tweede verblijf, jammer!

Great value hotel

Great value hotel, bathrooms recently been renovated. Very ckean throughout. The pool area is very nice and the pool is very deep making it fun for kids to play in. The staff are very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast is good quality with plenty of choice.

Attenzione parcheggio non riservabile

Hotel un po' vecchiotto in centro a Montecatini. Le ragazze alla reception sono state adorabili nonostante il contrattempo che ci ha fatto perdere 40 min alla ricerca di un parcheggio. Abbiamo infatti scritto sia alla prenotazione (effettuata con 6 mesi i anticipo) che 2 giorni prima dell'arrivo che avremmo necessitato un parcheggio e se ci fossero problemi ad arrivare presto. Per email 2 giorni c'è stato risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi ma che le camere avrebbero potuto non essere pronte (non un problema per noi). E invece all'arrivo ci viene detto che il parcheggio non si può riservare e che era pieno... Abbiamo così dovuto girare per 40 minuti prima di trovare un parcheggio in zona (comunque a 7 min a piedi). Colazione varia ma non eccelsa come qualità.

Confortevole in zona centrale

Ottimo albergo nel centro di Montecatini, vicinissimo al Teatro Verdi, alle Terme e a tutte le attrazioni della città. Molto tranquillo e confortevole, anche la depandance, è vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. La colazione, dolce e salata, è molto varia ed assortita. Staff gentile. Bella piscina e piccola zona benessere.
