The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. But of course the downside of staying in a very central apartment in the historic centre of a very busy tourist destination meant that parking was difficult. We did not receive advance information about the valet parking pick up point so we parked in the wrong place and it took over an hour to sort out in 35 degree C heat!"
