Loved loved LOVED this resort! We had a few hiccups but the stay and other things outweighed them. 1. It was my bday and they didn’t do anything for me (when they said they would) 2. Our room kind of flooded for a hot minute due to the condensation. 3. On our last day we had SEVERAL people knocking on our door to clean/flip well before checkout. It was kind of insane. Other than that we had a blast! 9/10 highly recommended.

Overall, I had a great stay at Ocean Eden Bay! The resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with excellent food, especially the steakhouse. The entertainment was enjoyable, the pool had a great vibe, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Leonard, Sachelle, Shanice B., Damian Smith, Althea, Sasheika, Roniel, Margo, and Jason for helping make my vacation memorable. I purchased the Privilege package, which I felt was worth it for the liquor and additional perks. However, Privilege liquor wasnt in the swim up and Privilege beer wasn't offered either. I would have liked more consistency with premium drink options throughout the resort. The butler service was helpful, but availability was limited to specific shifts rather than 24/7, which was disappointing. The resort also felt more geared toward couples, with limited nightlife and not much of a singles scene, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a party atmosphere. There was plenty of daytime entertainment, though! The resort was generally clean, although I did encounter a cockroach in an outdoor hallway, which wasn't pleasant. Overall, Ocean Eden Bay delivers excellent food, great service, a fun pool atmosphere, and friendly staff. With some improvements to Privilege amenities, butler availability, and nightlife, the experience could be even better. I'd recommend it for travelers looking for relaxation, good food, and daytime entertainment, but perhaps less for solo travelers

Let me start by saying this is my fourth time at this hotel and this was my absolute best experience; check-in with Lukeisha was great, but I did not like that the room was not up to my standards, so I returned to the front desk. I had Shaneika this time, and once again, it was a wonderful experience; she changed my room. I told her I was celebrating my 30-year work anniversary, which led to Toni Ann having an anniversary banner put on my door and a bottle of Chardonnay—amazing, thank you ladies. Moving along, Krist and Keith both assisted me with luggage to both rooms; they were both nice young men. The next morning at breakfast, I met Sharlene, who was very nice and asked how my stay was; I told her it was wonderful and that I was here for my work anniversary. The next morning, which was my actual anniversary, she gathered her employees and they surprised me with a song; I cried with joy. Sometimes you meet people who genuinely love their job, and at this hotel, I felt exactly that. From dinner to pool activities and just relaxing on the beach, it was awesome; thank you Ocean Eden Bay, I will be back in January.

All staff and resort were excellent. The only tip for future travelers is to be aware of the “ocean view room”. We booked an ocean view room, king bed. Upon arrival we were told we had a double bed. We said we wanted and would wait for a king bed. Two hours later, we got to the only king room available and looked for the ocean from the balcony it was just a sliver of ocean. Mostly resort and pool. We went back to the front desk and asked to be moved. We got a new room the next day, it was much better. Closer to the ocean. If you don’t care about your view don’t spend the extra money for ocean view. Just get the basic room. If you truly want ocean, get the ocean front. That’s our only constructive criticism. Our overall stay was fantastic. Food, staff, restaurant options and amenities were excellent. Special mentions to Roxanne, Polly Anne, and Jeffrine who were wonderful!!!!

Overall, the resort property is good, but the customer service was awful. As Privilege guests, we paid a premium for a relaxing, high-tier experience but left feeling tired and incredibly frustrated due to a severe lack of communication and follow-through. A month later, management still has NOT RESPONDED to my formal complaint. We spent our trip being passed from person to person trying to fix a loud AC/maintenance issue: • Sun, Sept 6: Awakened by loud, strange noises in our room. • Mon, Sept 7: Reported it to butler. No one showed up. Noise returned; we recorded video proof. • Tues, Sept 8: Went to Privilege desk, passed to Risk Mgmt, then Guest Services. Waited 2 hours in room; no one showed. Our butler promised to recall them. No one came. • Wed, Sept 9: Spoke with rep at Privilege desk. She heard the video and sent maintenance for a temporary fix, but the noise quickly returned. • Thurs, Sept 10 (1:57 AM): Awakened again. Called front desk. Maintenance finally arrived and offered a room change. Out of sheer exhaustion and needing to wake up early for our flight back to the States, we packed and moved in the wee hours of the morning. It was the only good sleep we had all week. Nice property, but if something breaks, expect to be passed around and ignored. Upgraded tiers are not worth the premium here.

This is a scam from beginning to end! The staff greets you then led you on a tour that ends up in a promotion sale if time shares. The first room had dirty underwear and second room was not fully clean. I had to sleep in the room until the next manger came in. The third room was descent. No one really cared if I was uncomfortable. The food was awful. A cheap version of a resort. Stay away from this place! This does not need to be on Expedia list. A ruined trip!
