“Property is beautiful. I found the front desk staff not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the staff. Would have liked more food options as well. Some restaurants are closed on days so options are limited though food itself was very good. Had problems with air conditioning on the second day of our stay which was fixed relatively quickly and on the 3rd day the whole resort was without water for several hours.”

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”

“We LOVED our experience at Mais Oui! We were a group of 17 -- 4 families, 8 adults and 9 kids all under the age of 12. The staff was incredible with the children, and they had a blast with the giant chess set, mini golf, and just having the run of the place. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues.
