โI had a great time and some of the staff are amazing, especially the pool bar and pool servers. However my room wasnt replenished with my water and drinks. I also feel that some of the restaurants dont fit the world we live in. We need smash burgers, maybe a full seafood spot.โ
โWe just love this hotel and it was totally worth getting the Butler service. Totally totally worth it. We absolutely loved our Butler. WILLARD and FITZGERALD!! I have never dealt with such an amazing and caring team. Lady at the checkout desk was amazing TISHANA and Wayne the server at the Cabana . This hotel is just the right size. I love it so so much. I would only ask for better air-conditioning in the main Diamond facilities and in the main checkout area but other than that, itโs an amazing...
โThe beaches and pools were lovely. The food was above average for an all inclusive. We loved the lobster house and spice hibachi, which needed a reservation. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were updated and clean. Overall I would recommend this resort and I would book with excellence again. โ
โWe had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpfulโwe had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. โ
โNice property and views. I have staid here a few times because of it's close proximity to the airport. The rooms are clean, however the ones closest to the road can be very noisy from the sound of traffic at nights and early mornings.

โThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. โ
