“Full of character located in the heart of the lovely small city of Setubal. The host was very helpful and the accommodation easy to find and access. We opted for the studio as we were only staying 4 nights. It was perfectly clean and functional but also has a little added charm that would appeal to romantics. Good base to explore the city and the surrounding region that is well worth visiting. ”

“These are great apartments for a family. New, fresh and spacious. The area is beautiful, untouched and quiet. The village itself is offensively overpriced, so if you're coming from Lisbon, do a shop before you get there! Great golf course up the road”

“Wonderful clean apartment that felt very comfortable and like I was at home, there is a grocery store a 5 minute walk away so the large fully stocked kitchen was perfect. The pool area was wonderful, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!”

“I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. “This was my fourth stay at the Aqualuz. The hotel is perfect for me, and it is right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of the world to visit. I am there for work, so I have ideal access for where I need to be, in an extremely comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and great facilities (including breakfast, the pool, and the bars/restaurants), and (the highlight) to have near-direct access to an incredibly beautiful beach. Staying at Aqualuz each year is one of my favourite things to do...
