The staff were polite, extremely helpful, and welcoming. The room was cosy, spacious, and clean, and the food at the restaurant was a solid 10/10. The wine selection was amazing. The perfect way to celebrate a birthday — a slow, relaxing, and fun getaway. I have no complaints at all; my stay was absolutely sublime. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful. However, the room wasn't as clean as we expected – there were quite a few spider webs in the bathroom and around the room, so it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The stargazing experience was amazing and we highly recommend it!

Our place had two rooms and was very spacious and we loved the decor of the place. Coming in the off season, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. Service was excellent.

Left wanting more- too expensive.

For the price and 5 star hotel rating, you expect more, quite simply. They charge €3 per espresso pod, when even the most basic hotel have complimentary coffee included. The staff are unsure how to light a log fire and the wifi in the room does not work. The breakfast is the only highlight- besides this, the rooms are very basic along with the amenities in the bathroom. The location is beautiful and the spa is very nice- the actual rooms are small and there were lots of flies and bugs in the room.

Poor lighting throughout the room, bring headlamps or flashlights, also tobget around the property at night. They caternto large groups so inquire before making a dinner reservation otherwise you will not be able to have a conversation . Bring water shoes with tread for SLIPPERY TILE POOL
