"We stayed here for one night during off season while going through Italy. We managed to call the host and were able to check- in at 9PM. The house itself has a charming old vibe. Parking available on site. We were the only two guests at the time and the breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for us. Host was very welcoming."

Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. "Great location, friendly staff, beautiful pool. Perfect spot to stay if you are renting a car. Very nice that they stock the fridge with wine from their winery, if you drink them you pay at checkout, this was a nice touch. They also gave us a complimentary bottle at checkout which was unexpected and lovely! Low key pretty sure our condo was haunted, but cannot confirm, haha "
