We had a car but so many options to walk to with good food. The family at the hotel were amazing so friendly and helpful. The BRASSERIA DELLA FONTE had our hubbys favorite beer and had good food! Literally 100ft from the hotwl

Hotel Due Cigni goes beyond our expectations. It's the cleanest hotel we have been to even in comparison to any five star hotels. Check in was a breeze with great recommendations to places to visit, restaurant for dinner and a winery in Montelpuciano. A wonderful family run hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a family run hotel, which means excellent service. I mean, next level. Such positive energy and helpfulness and topped off by a solid breakfast experience. They also gave us a lot of tips where to go in the region.

This family owned hotel is a diamond find. The hospitality and guest services are exceptional and genuine. Niccolò, Simonetta and Matteo are friendly, kind and always ready to help you in your exploration of Montepulciano, restaurants and many other sites nearby. The room was spotless, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite satisfying. We hope to return to this wonderful little hotel.

Excellent hotel. Inexpensive, spotlessly clean family owned small hotel. Wonderful breakfast with freshly made cakes. Fabulous hosts. It’s located in a very small town with limited restaurants/shops nearby, but there are a couple of restaurants walking distance and Montepulciano is only a short drive. Swimming pool is great, but about a 5 minute drive away.

This was one of the best finds on our Italian journey. The hotel is super clean and in a quiet side-street within 5 minutes drive out of Montepulciano.Breakfast was generous and went beyond a simple continental spread.Nicolo on Reception was a manic joy with cheerful endless banter whose enthusiastic welcome was continued throughout the whole day as he never seemed to be off duty! A delightful short stay heartily recommended.

We didn’t have a car and were told very honestly that Montepulciano was nearly impossible to navigate w/o one, which we appreciated. The local restaurants were incredible and this spot was perfect for our short stay traveling through Italy.

What an incredible gem this place is. Easy parking, above & beyond family run Excellent service. Incredibly clean, spacious rooms. Just an hour or so & less from other great areas to visit which the hotel will help you with. Great breakfast too!

Outstanding small hotel

Wonderful family owned modern hotel, with elevator, spotlessly clean. Well-situated to explore the beautiful region. Proprietor, Matteo gave excellent suggestions about where to go, what to see and even where to eat although the hotel offers three course meals at a reasonable price. Wish all hotels were this welcoming.
