Merigge was a truly beautiful place to stay. The accommodation was perfect - finished to such a high standard. Everything was very thoughtfully organised, from the car parking to breakfast. The owners and staff were very caring and wanted to help to make the stay a fabulous experience. I can recommend highly as beautiful, high quality accommodation. As a family, we would love to return one day! Very best wishes and thank you to all at Merigge, from the Rees family!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were very attentive, the facilities were modern and well looked after. We also enjoyed their locally grown breakfast and lunch options which were delicious. Our hosts also organised us massages very last minute which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding property and service by fantastic hosts. Very enjoyable stay. This is not a regular hotel. It has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Raffaele and Tiziana the owners and managers are very much involved in every detail. From assisting with baggage and check in, to helping with restaurant reservations, recommendations on what do to and visit in the area, etc. Raffaele contacted us a couple of days before we arrived and this gave us peace of mind. This place is run with passion . The staff is superb. Carlotta the Chef and Filippo the front desk assistant are two aces. Always cordial and engaging in a very good way. There are only 6 rooms all well fitted and with the typical Tuscan character. Beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended. Hope to return in the not too distant future.

What a wonderful stay we had! Beautiful farm setting in the Tuscan country side with top notch accommodations and service. Our only regret is that we had not booked to stay longer. The hosts, Raffaele and Tiziana, will take good care of you.

If you want peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings this is THE PLACE. It’soff the beaten path, surrounded by fields of lavender, jasmine pergolas, great gardens of vegetables, fresh eggs from their chicken, olive trees. Only @ 15 minutes from the ancient city of Montepulciano, so u can drive to dinner. I’m definitely coming back!

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon in Tuscany. We got every bit of what we expected, every detail, everything. The host, Rafaelle was very diligent to help us with every request and questions we had. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. Very close to Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcchino, Chapelle de la Vitaleta. An hour away from Siena. Breakfast is included if you book your room from the Merigge website. You'll get to taste some good peccorino, croissants, fruit, coffee, no range juice, and more... The view is the best. You get to see montepulciano from the pool.

We loved Agritutismo Merigge! This place is so peaceful and beautiful, tucked away with gorgeous views, yet close to the main villages. I truly appreciated the gorgeous design of the property. The integrity of a tuscan farm was maintained but still had simple, modern design in everything from the buildings, to the bathroom table top being old wood, to the gardens. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating of our early check out needs and we had pleasant conversation at breakfast as well. We are already discussing returning again! Thank you for making a wonderful holiday destination!

We loved our stay at Merigge! Raffaele, Tiziana, and Ilaria we’re incredibly helpful before we even got to the property with directions and easy check in. They also helped provide us with recommendations for wine tours, and restaurants to eat at as well as helped make reservations. The property is beautiful and was wonderfully restored. The drive from the road to the property is well marked so you can’t get lost. It was too cold for us to use the pool when there but it looks great and would be a great way to spend a hot afternoon. The views from the property are stunning. Highly recommend you stay here and you won’t be disappointed!

An amazing hidden gem in Tuscany
It was an absolute amazing experience. I’m not really sure about the last time I had such a fine aftertaste from our staying. The attention to details was spectacular. I liked the smart, unique integration of the rustic atmosphere (antique, authentic furnitures in the rooms, high-end wooden windows and doors finish) but at the same time it was equipped with new, very advanced facilities - high-end AC systems, fancy shower and bathroom and more. Everything was super clean and tidy, inside-out. There are not too many rooms, but it added to the intimacy of the place. The overall atmosphere felt very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, with very high-quality ingredients. Great swimming pool with an amazing Tuscan view. We really liked the organic garden across the place (they grow multiple fruits and vegetables) and of course - Felix the Sphinx cat was an adorable additive to all that :) Tiziana, Raffaele and the team were so friendly and responsive, we arrived quite late at night (around 22:00 pm) and the check-in went easy and smooth. It was a very special experience for us, for sure we’ll be back. Highly, highly recommended.

A true gem in the Tuscany area
This place is simply amazing, the pictures on the website do not honor the real deal it is. We fully enjoyed our stay, the attention and service were superb, Raffaele & wife are amazing hosts, the food was spectacular, and everything contained in a peaceful and beautiful place. Definitively going back as soon as we can. Totally recommended for those who loves nature and secluded places.

What a place! Stunning accommodation in a beautiful setting. Perfect hub spot to explore Montepulciano, Siena, Pienza, and countless other beautiful Tuscan towns. The hosts are lovely and extremely helpful with plenty of tips about where to go and what to see. The breakfast was wonderful, particularly the homemade items. Plenty of parking spaces. Comfy beds. Great shower. Everything you could want. Would love to see a communal kitchen so we could choose to stay in for lunch/dinner and utilize the amazing array of garden herbs. Thanks Merrige.

Best property in Tuscany!
If you are traveling in the Montepulciano region, this is the place you need to stay. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are modern, clean and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality provided by the owners is above and beyond. (The breakfast they provide is delicious as well). Can’t recommend Merigge enough.

최고의 토스카나 숙박시설
몬테풀치아노 접근이 좋은 아그리투리스모. 농가민박임에도 호텔처럼 깨끗하고 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 호텔이 굉장히 큰데 하루 12가구까지만 손님을 받는다고 하니 여유롭고 조용히 숙박할 수 있을 것 같아요. 조식이 맛있어서 조식으로 나온 올리브오일과 꿀도 따로 구매했어요. 주인분들이 친절하고 다정해요. 늦은 체크인에도 환영해주셨고 함께 한 우리 강아지를 예뻐해주시며 그들의 고양이 옷을 선물해줬어요. 좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Freundliche Begrüßung des Inhabers mit anschließender Vorstellung der Anlage und Einweisung in der Unterkunft. In Covid-19 Zeiten wird sehr auf Hygiene und Einzelfrühstück geachtet. Dieses bestellt man online am Vortag. Frühstück selbst war ok. Cappuccino und Espresso haben leider nicht geschmeckt, was für Italien eigentlich ein No-Go ist! Negativ war, dass das gesamte Frühstück auf Plastiktellern mit Plastikbesteck geliefert wurde. Das muss echt nicht sein! Die Anreise ist leider nicht so toll. Über GoogleMaps stimmt der Link nicht. Irgendwann findet man an der Straße eine Ausschilderung und muss ca. 500 Meter über eine Schotterstraße fahren, die jetzt nicht so angenehm ist.

I loved the place. The view from there is insane beautiful. Normally the rooms in the área are small and there the space is great, all new, clean, really great. And the owners Raphael and his wife are the coolest people ever. Really charming!
