Everything went fine but you need a master degres to open the internet, why ? I'am not very good in spanish but I tried very hard tobe understand but they couldn't ? Or did not want too ? Anyhow, nobody spoke english and this a tourism place ? My cell was dead and they only I had to get the menu was with QR code, so I had to look at a receipt to see what was on it, could not understand nada, spaghetti I guess. But very nice place to stay and very polite staff, and certainly very very clean

I like everything in this place! Very beautiful hotel food and breakfast was excellent. Thank you for your services and congratulation. The lady who clean my room was very professional and she did a great job during my stay. The gentleman at the Frontdesk his schedule was in the afternoon was very helpful and very nice. Beautiful hotel in the middle of a horrible neighborhood. Biggest problem was the internet. I couldn’t connect to google. I left after a overnight and left my reservation early as I had work also to do on my laptop. I couldn’t get a signal anywhere strong enough to send a email out.
