"Zermatt is a beautiful Village in Switzerland. This hotel was only about a 4 minute walk to the town center. Booked late. So they only had a room to accommodate 3 people, which was nice to have the extra space, for 2 people. Was on the first floor. Room 106, unfortunately a view of really nothing. Breakfast was good, but they charge 3 CHF per egg if you want an omelette or a fried egg instead of the scrambled eggs provided. It was still a very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and they provided complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station. TV in the room has live web cams of the mountain weather. No AC in rooms, but this was not an issue even in August, since Zermatt is at an elevation of 5,300 feet and is always 10 degrees F cooler then other cities in Switzerland."

"The cost of accommodation in Zermatt is staggering. Value is something you have to let go. Having said that, this hotel was my favourite stay during my two weeks in 🇨🇭. The breakfast was outstanding, our room had two separate bedrooms so everyone slept well. The spa (pool, hot tub, saunas) were lovely and the location was only 200 meters from the train station and very close to the Main Street. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room."

"Was given an upgrade to our room. Such a nice view. So clean. The staff was extremely informative and went beyond any expectations we had. Breakfast was tasty and so many choices. Highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Good refurbished hotel in a walking and lively street. Overall the hotel is good, clean, spacious room (Junior Suite), good air conditioning. Positives: Location, breakfast, newly refurbished Negatives: Spa is not included (not even the pool), no parking in the property (public one nearby), noisy if you want to sleep early (windows do a decent isolation job, but its really close to a loud restaurant)"
