This hotel has one of the best views in the entire area. The access to the hotel is a bit challenging but they provide complementary shuttle services to and from the hotel. the breakfast buffet is very nice and complete. The staff are very helpful specially Barbara at the front desk who took care of us in multiple times.

Nice hotel, great views and varied breakfast. Close to Monterosso, but a steep uphill road if you want to walk. They do have a shuttle once an hour to and from Monterosso, which drops you close to the train station. There is a trail right from the hotel to Levanto, with beautiful views. Would stay there again.

Felt very welcome. Breakfast menu is all you need. Views are amazing and the shuttle bus is a great service. The walk to the city is around 15-20 min.

Amazing breakfast!! There is a free hotel shuttle that takes you from back and forth from Monterosso to the hotel, runs hourly. This is a must because the hotel sits up on the hillside. Spectacular views. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The views from the hotel are amazing. Loved being up on the hilltop and the property was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was so delicious with a large assortment to enjoy. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! We had to leave on the early train and they packed us a nice little breakfast which was so kind. And their shuttle service is very convenient especially if you arrive by train with luggage. Overall highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cirque Terre!

Great stay. Very quiet with excellent views from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Hourly shuttle service made it easy to get in the center of town from the hillside hotel. Cinque Terre is amazing with lots of hiking options and excellent train and ferry service to the five towns.

Great breakfast assortment, staff were great, views were beautiful. Have to shuttle down the mountain to get to town, many times there were guests left as shuttle filled up, therefore they had to wait an hour for it to come back. This is the only negative about the hotel. Overall very nice stay.

Fantastic view!!! Clean and comfy bed! Air conditioner only runs when the room key is in the room so you often come back to a hot room and it takes a bit of time to cool down. We would often go on the balcony to cool down until the room was cooler. You have to sometimes wait for the shuttle during busy times of the day.. maybe having two shuttles during busy times of day could help..however, they really make an effort to hurry back for you. They really try. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is very accommodating and helpful. The grounds and the hotel is kept bery well and very clean. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel pitched on the side of the hill. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The staff was helpful four out of the five drivers that brought you up and down the hill was helpful. There is a queue for the transportation and that seemed to be a difficult thing for some people to figure out. In addition, going down the hill and coming up the hill at specific times had to be planned around for dinner etc. Or you can call a taxi.
