Room had no heat. There was no WiFi when advertised there was. Shuttle to town only went to 6 o clock pm so you couldn’t even stay in town long. Driving back and forth was crazy only because you couldn’t even park when down in town. Asked for a refund for days we decided not to stay. They said no.

Kaldt og fuktig - ingen varme på så det blir «hustrig» inne. Sikkert bra for de som går i fjellet på det varmeste, men ikke å anbefale for andre på tur. Litt problemer med å komme seg til og fra sentrum- dyrt når ikke shuttlebus går. Unngå å spise middag der - altfor salt og dyrt. Svært spartansk frokost - bare hvitt brød,ost og skinke.

It was ok old but clean the personal at the front desk very friendly. Good food the only thing is up at the hill not easy for transport.

Interesting place to stay
This was a last minute decision. You must call the property to set up the time for the shuttle to come to pick you up, they only pick up between 6 to 7:30 PM. The ride alone was worth of the price we paid! The room was very clean, with no TV, no WIFI, and no microwave, which didn't really bother us. It was very quiet, the church bell rings at 9:30 PM and 7 AM. There are several hiking trails around the property but we didn't have the time to check them out. The breakfast was indeed, delicious!

Great, friendly staff at a hotel about 4km up from Monterossa with an amazing view of the town and sea below! The dinner is super great as well!

La estancia estuvo muy bien, es un hotel más bien rústico pero cómodo, tiene desayuno que ayuda para aguantar la caminata y recorrida. Las vistas desde el hotel son espectaculares

Beautiful property minutes away from town and beach. Nice to stay high above town as it's cool and quiet. Wonderful, friendly staff. Restaurant and cafe convenient and delicious. We stayed as a family with teenagers and they loved the quiet, cool reprieve at the end of the day as well.

A memorable stay
What a lovely stay. This is a former convent. We had everything we needed including a lovely breakfast to start each day. They have a shuttle that you sign up for for trips down to the town and beach. The views are exquisite. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful.

Quirky, but very interesting former convent. Free parking close to Cinque Terre. Fantastic views! Not a traditional hotel, but we’ll worth the exploration. Great breakfast!

Breakfast was good. However, no wifi in the room, no AC and no fans. I highly suggest you pay extra for a better hotel AND closer to the city/beach.

If you consider that this building belong to a Santuary , you would realize first of all the location, quiet, retired peaceful place among the wood over the sea of Monterosso and cinque Terre : for one day or more you could forget the amenities and facilities you have every day: but you will be able to enjoy stay

Il comportamento del cliente è stato chiaramente irrispettoso nei nostri confronti, soprattutto dipendenti. Abbiamo cercato di accondiscendere ad ogni loro richiesta, cambiando anche loro stanza per migliorare le possibilità di movimento: evidentemente non è bastato o si è partiti con il piede sbagliato. In ogni caso possiamo solo raccomandare loro di curare il loro approccio e la loro salute. : tutto il resto passa, Meglio goderci la vacanza con meno acredine.

It all depends what brings you to Monterosso. I like to be centric , where the action is. Yes, they offer convenient shuttle twice a day, there is also a bus, but the zig zag going up mountains is not my thing. I don’t mind the minimalist rooms setting With no TV (I’m not a tv fan) nor ac although they should offer fans during summer. The views? Breathtaking !

A lovely mountain hotel
Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was located in a lovely mountain townThe proprietor went out of her way to help us. The large room was very clean. Breakfast was served daily. We had a delicious dinner the first night. We highly recommend this place

Una experiencia fatal, llegamos en coche con mi familia y nos atendieron en medio de gritos y peleas de unos huéspedes borrachos. Muy sucio el lugar y la atención del personal despreciable. Por supuesto que no nos quedamos y tuvimos que buscar dónde alojarnos siendo ya las 8pm.

Un luogo speciale per ritrovare sé stessi.
Se cercate il classico hotel turistico non fa per voi. Un posto particolare, bellissimo, silenzioso in un bosco di querce di lato ad un piccolo santuario. Un luogo meditativo. Accolti come in famiglia dai gestori che vi accompagnano in pulmino a Monterosso senza più toccare la macchina. Le stanze sono francescane nel vero senso della parola perché erano abitate dai frati ma non manca nulla e sono pulite. Cucina ottima, locale e abbondante. Noi ci torneremo.

Il Santuario si trova in una posizione incantevole. E' possibile scendere a Monterosso attraverso un sentiero escursionistico di media difficoltà o in auto con un percorso di 15 minuti. Il luogo è adatto per ritiri o escursioni e conduce alla calma e alla serenità. Le stanze sono semplici ma gradevoli, il cibo del ristorante è buono e l'accoglienza e il personale gentili e disponibili. Noi abbiamo anche utilizzato una saletta messaci a disposizione per la pratica di yoga. Consiglio sicuramente

Endroit magnifique, unique. Confort minimum
Cet endroit est absolument magique, on s’y sent privilégié la vue est splendide et c’est à l’écart du tourisme de masse malheureusement fréquent dans cette région. Il faut prendre en considération que c’est un ancien monastère et que les chambres sont relativement spartiate avec un confort que l’on pourrait qualifier de minimum. Mais cet aspect est largement contrebalancé par l’incroyable situation et l’admirable beauté du lieu.
