We had to request a new room as the one we got the first time was not clean. The rooms need some maintenance. All the employees are friendly and willing to help. The restaurant is very good and all the staff is amazing! The location was convenient for our family trip, but it's located next to a bus station and its very busy with a lot of people waiting for their bus oustide the hotel.

I had a bad experience with the hotel staff. I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready and I still had to wait more than an hour to be able to access a room that I had already booked and even so I did not receive any apology from the staff for all the inconveniences.
