"The staff was wonderful and helpful. They helped us make dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant- Osteria da Divo. They have a very nice breakfast in the morning. There also is a very nice terrace to enjoy the view from Siena. We got a room with a wonderful view of countryside. The location was also very good as it was a short walk from the Duomo. I would highly recommend Palazzo Ravizza"

"Beautiful, picturesque, elegant charm, romantic but also good for families. The hotel was modern but still charming. Rooms were spacious, service was wonderful and the restaurant has been one of the best! Dinner was incredible- everything on the menu. Specifically, the wild boar stew, truffle gnocchi and the Osso Bucco. Pool was perfect and again the views!!!"

The property is drenched in history whilst having all mod cons - the twin world’s of a Tuscan monastery now lovingly restored into a beautifully designed hotel combine seamlessly to immerse you completely. The kitchen produces absolutely knock out dishes, the passion for the best Tuscany has to offer evident in every option; with fantastic cocktails and wine pairings aplenty. The heart of Siena is but an 8 minute drive away and the hotel offers a shuttle service. Explore the palaces, cathedral, ancient sites and restaurants at your own pace before being collected and returned to the hotel where you will find a truly tranquil escape from the city. But it is the staff who deserve the highest praise. Their love of the hotel, its place in the world and how it is part of the local community shine through in every interaction. They are warm, knowledgeable, helpful and care deeply that guests have a truly memorable stay here. If this hotel is the local crown, the staff are the diamonds within it. We chose this hotel mostly because they had car parking included and the room price was reasonable, not knowing much else about where to stay in Siena. The town center is a short walk from the hotel and the staff was very helpful. They recommended a restaurant that was one of the best places we ate on our trip to Italy.
