"I experienced several frustrating issues during my stay that caused significant inconvenience. While both check-in and check-out were smooth, the overall experience was disappointing due to multiple unresolved problems. The shower in my room was broken for two days even after I reported it, and despite this inconvenience, I was not offered a room change. Additionally, the in-room phone used to contact reception or guest services was also not working and took two days to be repaired. On top of that, the TV was not functioning and took four days to fix. Although the staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently, these repeated maintenance issues greatly affected my comfort. The food was decent, but compared to other resorts, I felt the party atmosphere and entertainment were lacking. Overall, the constant inconveniences during my stay overshadowed the positives and made the experience much less enjoyable than I had expected."

"We had an amazing stay at Paloma Grida and would absolutely come back again. The hotel offers the perfect balance between a relaxing romantic getaway and a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful sea view that made every morning special. Waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very fast whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent — the pools were clean and spacious, the beach and sea were beautiful, and there was always something to do during the day. We especially enjoyed the gym and yoga classes, which added a relaxing and healthy touch to the vacation. The food was another standout point. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with family, this hotel creates a wonderful atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommended!"

"I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining."

"What I really liked about the property was that the inside of the unit was clean, cool since it was so hot outside, and there were enough places to sleep for my large family. Management was attentive, the pool was clean, and the units looked modern. What I didnt like was the grounds of the property looks unkept, like the grass was very long, and there were metal bars and empty containers scattered around the corners of the property. We also had to ask for toilet paper, and other misc items without them being readily available in the unit. Overall, the stay was what we needed it to be, and I would recommend especially if you are trying to save some money so that you can go and visit Land of Legends!"
