"The staff were so warm and welcoming! Deana at the front desk was absolutely awesome and made us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The pool was a little cold, but nonetheless, the kids still had a great time swimming and enjoying themselves. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Chester area!"

"You get what you pay for. It was not a horrible day. The room was quite clean in this specific area of the hotel but I work overnights and got to the room at 6 AM to sleep and by 7 AM. They were doing construction directly outside of my door and I was told there was nothing that they could do about it. This really upset me because it completely defeated the purpose of me purchasing the room in the first place I was unable to sleep so I sort of just paid to get a headache."
