First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning. Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down.

Nice vacations apartment!

Welcoming staff with all the information you can need for your stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for four people, the toilett could be bigger for a better comfort but it was ok anyways. Good size pool but super crowd att all times! Near the beach eith private entrance for a shorter walk to the beach. Small breakfast restaurant but if you walk some 10min you can find many restaurants, the cafeteria could be bigger and with more options. The supermarket is ver far away (carrefour) so be prepared to walk anlong distance to bring your food home. We recommend it!

Great holiday!

Staff were very friendly, each check in and out. The pool is lovely and a short walk to the beach and close to the beachfront restaurants and bars. It was nice to walk there in the evenings. Although it was super hot, the fan was great and helped cool our apartment, the pull down shade was also very useful. We brought our own bedding and towels, this was made clear in the booking process. We also paid for the secure parking. It's a lovely residence and we would definitely go back there again!

I have already filled out a previous complaint I wasn’t willing to have my family stay there and had to find alternative accommodation immediately. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and expect to get a refund for the accommodation part of my trip, flights and car rental were perfect.

A fuir !

J’ai passé une semaine et demie dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande absolument pas. Dès notre arrivée, on nous annonce que le parking est complet et qu’il faudra revenir le lendemain à 8h pour espérer une place. Les serviettes et draps ne sont pas inclus, il faut payer en supplément. Le ménage non plus : soit vous le payez en plus, soit vous le faites vous-même. En arrivant dans notre chambre, le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait : table sale, sol plein de sable… On voit bien que ce sont les précédents occupants qui ont nettoyé avant de partir et non du personnel. Mais soyons honnêtes : est-ce qu’un client va nettoyer comme une femme de chambre formée ? Bien sûr que non. Dans tous les cas, quelqu’un du personnel devrait repasser pour garantir un vrai ménage. Résultat : j’ai dû faire le ménage moi-même et acheter ce qu’il fallait au supermarché. On m’a offert deux pizzas au snack pour s’excuser du ménage non fait et on m’a proposé de faire passer quelqu’un le lendemain pour nettoyer. Le monsieur devait repasser dans une heure… au final personne n’est jamais venu. De toute façon, j’avais déjà tout fait. J’ai rendu l’appartement plus propre que le jour de mon arrivée. Est-ce normal pour le prix payé ? Non, c’est inadmissible. En plus, les chambres sentent mauvais : une odeur d’humidité, de vieille maison abandonnée. C’est très poussiéreux. Et ici, tout est facturé: parking, draps/serviettes, tv.. même le sac poubelle à 50 centimes. Aucune climatisation.

Bon séjour.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cette résidence en rez de jardin, très agréable. Le studio en lui même n’est pas d’un grand confort, literie très moyenne, tv payante, un peu dommage en 2025… pas de clim, idem dommage surtout avec 40 degrés dehors donc très compliqué de trouver le sommeil dans un appartement à 30. Heureusement un ventilateur est présent mais cela ne suffit pas. Piscine et extérieur bien tenus. Parking payant mais de la place dans les rues sans soucis. Moins chère d’ailleurs. La proximité avec la plage à 5min à pied est très appréciable, idem pour les commerces. Accueil sympathique.

Agréable sauf le bruit

Les matelas sont terriblement dur et les cloisons sont vraiment trop fines on entend le voisin qui ronfle ou qui parle au téléphone ou qui parle tout court. À part cela le logement est agréable Le parking payant et la télé en location payante est a ajouter à la location.

les équipements piscine , parc sont très bien mais les appartements pour 4 dit studios sont trop petits et offrent aucune séparation entre lit parents et enfants. Les lits parents sont des lits gigones qui ne sont pas à la même hauteur ce qui n est pas fonctionnel à 2.Attention pas de clim et ventilo insuffissant en cas de chaleur appartement très bien située par rapport à la plage

Nært stranden, og den er kjempefin. Området er fint med grøntområder og blomster. Det er en resepsjon med ansatte som kan svare på evt spørsmål. Dette er ikke et hotell men et leilighetskompleks. Du må ta med deg eget sengetøy og laken eller betale for å få denne tjenesten per person. Du må vaske rommet etter bruk om du ikke vil betale vaskegebyr. Bassenget er ikke veldig reint, om en dykker og ser etter er det fult av sedimenter. Dette er et gammelt kompleks så synes det er overpriset. Cafe/kiosk er ekstremt overpriset så kjøp inn godt med egne varer. Er kjøleskap med liten frys så det er praktisk. Parkering er ikke gratis men om du kjører 5 min er det en offentlig gratis parkering som du kan bruke.
