Everything was as described. Large comfortable room with useful furnishings, fantastic lap pool, exercise room, and rooftop deck. The location is very good with an easy walk to Vieux Montreal. I can highly recommend it.

Price and location were great. The room was enormous! Kitchen was great to have for a long stay. Lots of pillows and towels. Check in was easy the only thing was when they asked if we wanted to pay up front or at checkout .. we said at checkout but they still held the entire cost of the stay on your card, not just a deposit. Which was odd.. I didn’t really understand the point of choosing to pay later if they were holding the entire cost. Not bad just an oddity. Otherwise the stay was great.

Wir haben uns im Le Square Philipps sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten zu Dritt mit einem 10 jährigen Sohn ein Loft. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, um das Hotel mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Flughafen zu erreichen, als auch zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. In der Nähe sind auch viele Shops, Restaurants und Leben auf den Straßen und Plätzen. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr zugesagt, es gab Ciabatta Brot und sogar Scheiben Wurst und Käse, als auch kalte gekochte Eier. Es war zwar gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit immer etwas überfüllt, aber man kann das Frühstück auch einfach mit auf sein Zimmer nehmen. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit des Lofts hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir können das Haus daher guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Love this hotel. Our family of 7 stayed in three rooms, two king size rooms and one with two queen beds. Great location. Quiet but close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We also enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Suites are huge and beds really comfortable. Breakfast provided a nice start to the day, the room is busy but we took a tray back to the room. Pool and gym area and roof Terrance small but nice. The square is pretty and near to lots of restaurants and shops and a short walk to old Montreal. For a family who wants space this is a great pick.

I stayed here for a work conference and the location is incredibly convenient for walking anywhere in downtown Montreal. It is also close to public transit. It was also walkable to Old Montreal (approximately 20 minutes). The rooms were large and clean. Highly recommend

Right downtown, but of course that means there were homeless and dirty areas nearby, as well as nice shopping, the metro and squares/ churches. Good value, and, although the interior was a bit outdated, a big space for a family. Pool was small and crowded, but the service was excellent.
