“Excellent location, the picture and the room were exact. Clean, simple, staff was great and the instructions to get into the building were clear. For the most part quiet, although we were there during off season.”

“We did enjoy our stay here at The Downtown Zando! It was a great location for getting around, this was our first time to Montreal! Our place was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. After walking lots during the day and evening we appreciated the comfort! The shower had great water pressure and hot water. We also appreciated the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner. We would certainly would recommend this place to family and friends 🇨🇦💜🇨🇦”

As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use.”

“Firstly - some of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered, truly. Reception, concierge, valet, etc - everyone was a 10 out of 10 on the helpful / niceness scale. We ubered to a few destinations and they were easy to catch and not too expensive. The loft was large with a full kitchen and bathroom with...

“I really like the central location of this property. We were near a plethora of restaurants, shopping, cafes. The Mont Royal Metro is basically across the street. The property was relatively clean; just wish there was more attention to fixtures like vents and the oven. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.”
