“There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

“Excellent customer service. Someone else took my parking spot, and they handled it as best they could. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. The mattress was very soft, and the soap dispensers were broken. However, those were the only issues; I will stay again.”
