"The staff of this hotel is exceptional. I was treated with respect and caring. There was a slight issue with finding my room as I do not read or speak French, the young lady at the front desk not only explained where I went wrong but because of my mobility issues escorted me to my room. Upon arriving in my room the temperature was very high and we figured out together how to adjust it. Later she actually called the room to make sure it was suitable. The rooms were very large compared to anywhere else we have stayed. Also very clean. The constant availability of coffee and tea was a pleasure and the breakfast selection was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
