“The property was clean and once we figured out how to check in and park it was great and the attendant even better. Lovely staff, great suite. All amenities were perfect. You were given slippers and a tote bag to keep. Can't wait to go back.”

“The description and photos are very true to the in-person experience. The room was perfect for one, might have been a little crowded for two but had everything that was needed. An extra towel or two (a bit larger/substantial bath towel would be good) and a bedside lamp would be welcome additions. I had a room facing the alley, so while I heard a bit of noise at night it was not consequential. Must be able to carry bags up stairs as no elevator. Very comfortable bed.”

“I was told to come and drop luggage. But they didn’t tell me the office did not open until 9am. Another couple waiting to drop luggage stood in a hallway waiting. No apology when the person came to open. The worst part was a leaking freezer (water all over floor both nights I was there. 2nd night an alarm in the freezer kept going off while we were trying to sleep. We finally figured out how to shut the system down. No apology from staff or offer of a discount for our trouble.”

“Phenomenal room, you pretty much do everything yourself. Easy check in and out. Love the space !! Will return”

“Unique loft rooms in Old Montreal near the Port. Large spacious clean and very comfortable. Great service”
