It’s a new hotel, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only problem is that the breakfast choices were lack, no hot food.

Front desk needs attention; the overall experience was subpar (greeting, explanations, personalization, and energy were similar to a Tim Hortons drive-thru in the GTA). The lady who works in the breakfast buffet should be promoted; so attentive, caring, and dedicated! Consider her for a Front Desk Manager role.

Excellent location and about as Central as you’re gonna get for midtown Montréal. Although a converted office building, there are no signs of that as the property was clean and very interestingly designed Could use more staff as the word is out that this is a nice place to stay and I think they were a little overwhelmed. Other than that, would definitely frequent the place again.

Initially given Room 132 where I found lots of hair on both beds. Moved to Room 232 which was ok. I did put the privacy sign on check out day and went out for breakfast and when I returned by 10.15am, the room was already entered by the housekeeping staff and cleaned by them which I feel breach of privacy. I did not expect this from a brand like Hilton. Check in staff were excellent. As a hotelier myself, I suggest that the staff need more training on communication between departments and intruding someone's privacy need to be addressed as a serious concern. The interesting part was the "Privacy" sign I had on the door went missing when I returned which shows the room was entered deliberately. Please use my feedback for training and not to reprimand the employee as they are the backbone who don't get appreciated often.
