"Very clean , staff were very helpful and kind, the pools could be heated. Food is good for an all inclusive however they do try to upsell for premium options. The evening entertainment in October is not great. It is quite secluded so if you want to explore you need to hire a car. Taxis are expensive."

"Too expensive but a lovely place. The pool didn't seem to be heated and the "included breakfast" was really chaotic and disorganized. Staff were wonderful and cabbing back and forth to beach was easy. Just way too expensive for our tastes."

Raluca was truly the most amazing host — incredibly warm, attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Even though there was a large picture of a swimming pool in the advertisement, it cost 30 euros per person for an hour and a half. This included the spa facility but we were not interested in the spa, only the pool. Also we were unlucky when a group of cyclists (30 of them) had dinner at the same time as us on the first day and they were so loud that we could not talk amongst ourselves. Otherwise the food was very good and so was the service."

"Absolutely stunning property, the photos do not do it justice! The food is some of the best we’ve had in Sicily. The Veal cheeks, Guinea hen and Octopus salad were fantastic. Pool, hiking trails, staff and overall serene atmosphere will not be forgotten."

"Beautiful location but make sure to stay at the main hotel Baia el capitano instead of the Hotiday apartment style across the street. It shares amenities but very basic rooms. You will want to be in the main building with the amazing rooftop views but of course, for approx $100-$200 less, you can stay across the street. We regret not reading the fine print on location, as pictures show the main hotel not the apartments. Has access to private beach, walkable or shuttle and breathtaking 180 degree rooftop views on the terrace"
