"Good hotel for staying in Shinjuku. We didn't have this problem but the 3 people checking in before us were at the wrong location and I can see that being frustrating. Otherwise great stay"

"Room was incredibly clean as were the common areas (hallways, elevators, lobby). Bed was an ok comfort level but the pillows were pretty bad for comfort. Room had a good tv, minifridge and safe, all in good working condition. They have a weird early/late check policy. If you join a free hotel service you get an hour on each side. It was still a bit tough given I was arriving at 5am after a 14 hour flight but I could have booked the previous night to have avoided that. But they held out bags on check in an and check out days for hours which was good."

"I stayed Executive Deluxe Room on24th Floor Much roomy & Bath Room was separated spaces Sink & Toilet & Bath Tub. Not like a Unit Bathroom ( much Smaller space )all together. Spend extra Room Rate, but it’s worth !!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku Premier. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Tokyo. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their excellent service made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out, and they were always happy to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast is an absolute must. The food was delicious, hearty, and of exceptional quality, with a great selection of Japanese and Western options. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and provided a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with outstanding hospitality and a fantastic breakfast in Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again."
