"Very clean and comfortable rooms, great shower, fridge in rooms. Superb breakfast buffet including hot breakfast and lunch items (the beef stew was the best) and very good coffee. I used the wet sauna which was perfectly hot but I did not like that towels are not provided at the pool/sauna. The dry sauna was under repair. Very good location (walk to mall, supermarket, bus stop, and beach) and quiet for sleeping. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good"

"Reservations officer Jennifer lied by saying that my booking was at another location. I've booked a studio suite with private bathroom; but i was given a tiny room with shared bathroom on the first night. This was because my supposed room was given to another guest. Shared bathroom toilet was disgusting. She threathened to cancel my booking if i did not go to the other property which i did not comply. Never again."
