“The cleanliness is good, but the people are very dirty and rude. They leave glasses everywhere, eat by the pool, and no one says anything. There were cigarette butts, fruit, and used condiment packets on the sand and tables near the pool. They need to better control the people or clean more often.”

“This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage.”

“I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem).
