The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and itโ€™s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. amazing resort with all the amenities. dinner could be improved and they should have a convenience store to sell mineral water in big bottles otherwise you need to survive prichasing their 500ml! very beautiful location.

The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

Weather was great and the food Amazing!! Beautiful view from any place of the resort! We loved the contact with nature in every corner, from beautiful flowers to magnificent birds!!!

Won't stay again.

We stayed a night at the resort. Our room was part of the unrenovated part of the resort. A superior ocean facing room. It was not clean, with dirty floors, moldy bathrooms and a stiff bed. The windows in the shower and toilet room do not close, so it is impossible to keep the room cold or to keep the bugs out. The gym was in pretty dismal condition also. However, the breakfast, and dinner was very good. The service was also very good at the resort.

No checkin vocรช assina uma folha com div regras e proibiรงรตes, mas nรฃo existe rigor e nem fiscaliz para uso da piscina adulto, sob a desculpa de โ€œnao serem um htl proibitivoโ€. Nao tem seg ou g. vidas, q alรฉm de prestar a seg e socorro, prestaria a fiscaliz e manut da ordem necessรกria a qq civilizaรงรฃo ou conviv social. Isso que a piscina infantil รฉ enorme e confort atรฉ p os pais. Falta sim educ. dos pais, mas p isso serve fiscal para manter a ordem e regras. Piscina gelada sem aquecimento e vocรช tem que se deslocar embaixo de chuva para sair do quarto. Pouca atividade para adultos. A noite o รบnico lugar pra ficar รฉ o bar da piscina e lรก fica tambรฉm a recreaรงรฃo dos pequenos atรฉ as 21h. Tudo misturado. Salรฃo de jogos pessimo. Viajamos em lua de mel. Fomos recepcionadas com champanhe e uma tรกbua de frios e decoraรงรฃo no quarto. Amei o carinho. Ficamos num quarto com piscina com hidro na varanda e vista para o mar. O quarto era imenso, super limpinho, arejado, banheiro bom, chuveiro forte, o secador de cabelo era bom tambรฉm. Com relaรงรฃo ao hotel, a comida do cafรฉ da manhรฃ era excelente e bem farta. Jรก o jantar era ok! Nรฃo era uma experiรชncia gastronรดmica, mas longe de ser ruim. Inclusive vi alguns comentรกrios que me deixaram apreensiva, do tipo โ€œรฉ mal iluminado e parece um bandeijao, com comida ruimโ€; jรก estava imaginando que teria que sair todas as noites pra comer. E nรฃo รฉ nada disso! Da pra jantar bem e tem comida pra todos os gostos. A piscina รฉ bem ampla, com borda infinita e algumas รกreas com hidro. Fizemos massagem com a Wania, um amor de pessoa. Nรฃo fizemos muitas atividades no hotel porque jรก tรญnhamos fechado em porto de galinhas. A praia รฉ melhor que Porto e muro alto. A internet estava ok e o 5G da Vivo funcionou normalmente (tambรฉm vi comentรกrios dizendo que a internet era ruim e nรฃo tinha sinal de celular). Achei um excelente custo benefรญcio.

O resort รฉ muito bonito, num trecho de praia belรญssimo. Acomodaรงรตes e alimentaรงรฃo boas. O que destoa รฉ o atendimento dos garรงons em geral. Quando se acena, fazem de conta que nรฃo veem. Quando chamamos, fazem de conta que nรฃo escutam. Quando chegam perto, beleza. Somos bem atendidos. O problema รฉ chegarem perto. Precisa melhorar urgente!!
