Ficamos com medo do hotel ser péssimo diante de tantas avaliações negativas, no entanto, nos surpreendemos. Chegamos tarde a noite, e fomos super bem recebidos!! O quarto? 100% limpo e higienizado. O café da manhã também é bom, com opções variadas de frutas, pães e outros. A localização é boa, com mercados e praia próxima. Podem reservar sem medo!

Primeiro, a vista do quarto não é a mesma mostrada na foto do anúncio. O hotel até é bacana para quem vai ficar apenas uma ou duas noites, em viagens de negócios, por exemplo. Mas, no meu caso, eu não voltaria. Fiquei preso no elevador e, no último dia, não havia água quente para o banho — precisei tomar banho gelado. Além disso, a limpeza do quarto é bem superficial: empurraram nossos sapatos para debaixo da cama e, quando fui pegar, estavam todos sujos. Inclusive, embaixo da cama também estava bem sujo

Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e antigo, não da pra dormir com ele ligado cama muito ruim, você praticamente afunda Móveis e elétros muito antigos, tudo descascando. Estacionamento muito precário, além de ser cobrado uma taxa de 25 reais, o ambiente é muito precários elevadores da até medo de pegar de tanto barulho.

Venho registrar minha insatisfação com a experiência no Hotel Andrade. Embora a tarifa seja acessível, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. O elevador estava danificado, não havia ar-condicionado nos corredores — o ambiente era abafado e com sensação de sufocamento. O quarto, apesar de limpo, apresentava paredes sujas, porta danificada e lençol rasgado. Mesmo com a limpeza aparente, encontrei duas baratas pequenas na acomodação, o que demonstra falha na higienização. O café da manhã foi decepcionante: muito simples, desorganizado e com péssima exposição dos alimentos, sem qualquer zelo. (Incluirei uma foto mostrando a forma inadequada como os frios foram expostos.) Os funcionários também se mostraram despreparados e sem cordialidade no atendimento. O mínimo que se espera de uma hospedagem é limpeza, higiene, bom atendimento e organização, mas infelizmente o Hotel Andrade não atendeu a nenhum desses critérios. Não recomendo.
