“Upon entering the Motel 6 lobby to check-in I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully by the front desk person. He lied to me saying my reservation was cancelled due to not receiving my phone number from Expedia, launched into a tirade about Expedia, then demanded to see my idea and it revealed that he HADN'T actually cancelled my reservation, but it was such an offputting interaction that I decided not to stay there.”

“Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.”

“The room was very cute and the service staff were very helpful. The room looked very clean however there was a TERRIBLE mildew smell that made it hard for me to sleep due to respiratory issues. I felt uncomfortable because the smell was so strong it made me feel like there might’ve been a mold issue. Aside from the smell I would have given 5 stars. I called the front desk to see if a room switch was possible but I was told they were completely booked which is understandable. Hope they fix this...
