“the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. “The location is very nice. It’s right across the bus stop. The best part about this hotel is the free laundry, we really really like that. The front desk they were helpful. They allow you to leave your luggage which I like a lot. What we absolutely hate is that there’s no coffee not even simple coffee. You have to pay for coffee downstairs from a vending machine.
