"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."
"Hotel room was decent enough and spacious enough for family of 4. Recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The pool and view however was spectacular. Hotel was conveniently located to some great restaurants and short drive to the city. "

"This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay. "

The view was fabulous and the food was terrific and the staff were brilliant.
The road up to the hotel is not for the faint hearted (Strada da Valmara) so take their advice on how to reach the property if you are not very confident with mountain roads. "
