"Great location.
Lovely pool and deck areas. (Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service for all but 2 days of our stay).
Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, but quite a lot of noise from the bars in Cosmo Centre opposite at the weekends (until the early hours of the following day).fyi: We were on floor 2.
The private balconies are spacious and furnished with chairs and a table big enough for al fresco dining. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
Lounge ares was comfy with flat screens TV - only a couple of English Channel’s (but who goes on hols to watch TV!)
The staff are welcoming and efficient and friendly.
Short stroll to main strip and beach (the beach is incredible)
Car parking in very short supply and it is quite a trek to the airport by bus (taxi cost us 120 Euros one way) as the local buses didn’t fit our schedule.
The hotel pricing structure is unclear as some rooms have recently been fully refurbished and others are modern but a little tired. To further complicate things - the hotel is situated on 3 different levels (1 to 3, 4 to 6, and 7 to 9).
It would help if it was made clear exactly which level you are getting at the time of booking.
Also watch out for price hikes on certain weekends due to Spanish festivals and Bank Holidays (which are different to those in the UK).
We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for some winter sunshine."
"Not enough staff to clear tables and replenish food, clean plates and glasses in restaurant.
Not enough coffee/tea machines working sometimes appropriately 10-12 people in queue for 2 coffee machines as 2 were not working, also 2 toasters at breakfast time for the number of people in hotel is not sufficient.
Struggled a few times to get a table for four for dinner, yet premium area had plenty of space, but no management available to ask if we could use that area instead of walking around in circles trying to find a table, then when asking overworked staff to clean table we were told they were busy.
Bars definetly understaffed with big queues constantly
Sunbeds reserved and left empty for hours, some sort of monitoring is required"
"A beautiful, massive and luxurious hotel and resort!
You're spoilt for choice when it comes to food, desserts and drinks, which are all delicious!!!
Lots of different activities to do!!
Great quiet location in the south of the island!
If you're a party animal and want to go club hopping, this island is not for you.
Have fun!! I did!!
Thanks to all the staff at the hotel!!"
"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Pool area was good with plenty of sun beds for the amount of guests. Due to the token system I recommend taking a bottle so that you can use it for water/soft drinks as if you want a hot drink at the same time you can’t have another cup.
Food was good, breakfast was the best meal of the day for me.
Also the sports bar doesn’t open until 7pm, if you want to watch something before then the staff will put it on but you have to watch on the tv outside. "
"Fabulous Staff. Entertainment was excellent. Luca I think the guys name was, he really got the crowd going.
Excellent location.
Right next to the beach.
Food was good."
"The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review. "
"Very clean rooms
Food where good - But much the same.
But they can not make drinks in the bar.
It is a self catering All inclusive Hotel. So there are lack of service according to other hotel.
Empty beer glass everywhere.
But all in all good hotel and vacation
